Do you have a policy for scheduling?
We do, we require appointments at our office. We recommend that you schedule your appointments in advance, Appointments are required. We encourage you to schedule appointments well in advance, especially during a holiday. We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking in order to guarantee any reservation that is made. How early do I need to be for an appointment with Lashes on Fleek?
We ask that you try to arrive between 5 to 10 minutes early to any appointment that is made with us. This way you will have enough time to complete any and all paperwork needed, as well as to get a bite to eat or something to drink before your appointment. A late arrival will limit the time that we have available for you and your appointment will still need to end at the scheduled time in order to ensure the next appointment is on time. We do our best to be accommodating to everyone, but there may be instances that we will need to reschedule your appointment due to the arrival time.
What is the policy for Cancellation?
We know that life can get hectic. Things come up, and it doesn’t always play out the way that you expected it to. We understand this, but if you need to cancel your appointment with us, please give us at least a 48 hour notice (new clients) for your cancellation or any rescheduling needs. If this notice is not given, you will be charged 100% of the total cost of services. If no notice is given, then we will consider the service as completed and charge the full amount of the service owed. Late Arrivals will be charged $5 for every 10 minutes that they are late. Anyone arriving after 20 minutes of their scheduled time will be considered a “no-show” and will be charged the full amount of service. A late arrival that does not allow for either some or all of the treatment will also result in the full amount being charged to you. Any appointment made, even those that were made last minute, apply to this policy. Communication is key to assure our time together is maximized.
Returning Clients may cancel anytime up-to 24 hours before their scheduled appointment to avoid any fees.
